Aspire 2024 was premium out-of-home business Alight Media’s second annual summit, bringing all Alight employees together for a day of connections, celebrations and inspiration.
Their theme for 2024 played on the fact that it was an Olympics / Paralympics year and they had used the Olympic motto as their inspiration – Higher, Stronger, Faster – Together.
The summit motivated Alighters to achieve their personal best for the year ahead and reignite their commitment to making a positive impact on the world as a business and team.
They wanted to invite an inspirational external speaker to join them to share their exceptional story about how they achieved Olympic/Paralympic status.

AMG connected the world’s first female Paralympic wheelchair rugby champion Kylie Grimes MBE PLY as the recommended speaker. Kylie’s inspiring human story blew the 75-strong audience away and she received an emotional 3 minute standing ovation at the end!
Yes, &, Alight offered a £50k advertising campaign across their National digital OOH screens reaching over 50% of the UK which Kylie offered to the Matt Hampson Foundation which she is an ambassador for.
